Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us on WhatsApp or email. After this window, cancellations may not be accepted as work would have started.

Refunds

• No refunds will be provided for personalized artwork once the creation process has begun.
• In rare cases of accidental duplicate payments or processing errors, refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days.
